Friday Exhale
Storms rolling in...
Not every storm arrives in the sky.
I hear the roll of thunder.
The sky has darkened.
Isn’t that the way it is sometimes with us, too?
Not every storm arrives with warning. Sometimes life grows heavy before we realize how much we’ve been carrying. The light fades. Our thoughts become louder. We wonder how long this season will last.
But storms are not meant to stay. They pass. They clear the air. They remind us that even after the darkest skies, there is light waiting beyond the clouds.
You are allowed to experience the storm.
And then let it go.
Close the door to what was.
Open the window to peace.
Take one slow, steady breath.
This is our exhale.

Beautiful reminder that storms don’t last forever. Sometimes we simply need to breathe, let go, and trust that light will return. 🙏🤗✌️
