Friday Exhale
Where connection finds its way
Even in the quiet, something is reaching for you.
Even in the darkness,
life leans toward connection.
A flower reaches
not knowing who will come.
A butterfly arrives
not knowing what it will find.
And still,
they meet.
There is something in us
that does the same.
Reaching,
softly.
Quietly.
Without certainty.
Toward light.
toward one another.
toward something we may not yet understand.
Not everything needs to be forced.
Not everything needs to be explained.
Some things are simply…
drawn together.
As the week ends,
and a new essence begins,
let yourself soften.
let yourself notice.
Where is life
leaning you
toward connection?
What connection
will you choose?
This is our exhale.
Tonight’s exhale: “Thanksgiving” — George Winston
Author’s Note
If this touched something inside you, I’d be honored to hear your reflections
Whether you’ve lived through chaos, rebuilt your voice, or carried wounds no one else could see, your story matters. Sharing reminds us that we are not alone in the slow, powerful work of becoming.
If this piece resonated, I’d be grateful for a like, a comment, or a share.
With Gratitude,
