Friday Exhale
Releasing the week, keeping my truth
This week was full
of emotions, energy, rises and dips.
There were challenges and small triumphs,
moments I could have clung to
and wondered, maybe I caused this… maybe I could have done more.
But today is Friday.
And it is time to exhale.
No attachment to judgment.
No attachment to mistakes or successes.
No attachment to what others felt, said, or carried.
Because the truth is…
I did my best.
Quietly. Consistently.
Even when no one saw the effort behind the effort.
And that is enough for today.
Here’s to letting the week go
and letting peace take its place.
I encourage you to release what is not yours, exhale the weight of the week, and inhale love.
