Friday Exhale
Let This Be Enough
In a world that asks for more, what would happen if you chose enough?
As we end the week together, know this:
You matter.
You have awakened and gone to sleep seven times.
You have eaten meals and nourished your body.
You have earned money.
Paid bills.
Managed responsibilities.
You have cared for loved ones.
You have cared for yourself, too.
You have experienced moments of joy and moments of challenge.
You have laughed.
You have worried.
You have hoped.
You have made decisions.
Solved problems.
Kept going when things felt difficult.
Perhaps you accomplished everything on your list.
Perhaps you did not.
Either way, you are here.
Breathing.
Learning.
Living.
Sometimes we become so focused on what remains undone that we forget to honor all that has been carried, completed, navigated, and survived.
So before you rush into the weekend or begin planning for next week, pause for just a moment.
Place a hand on your heart.
Take a breath.
And consider this possibility:
You have done enough.
You are enough.
Let this week be enough.
This is our exhale.
Beautiful Day, by U2
May you find a moment to pause, breathe, and remember all that this week held.

I discovered wise point of view in 2009. I realized that I have to find happiness in my present 🎁 moment in order to live! The shift from Fantasy to Reality continues to be in my heart and soul each day I wake up. Be in the present moment and be grateful for what I have & what I don’t have. 🌹
